I am often invited to teach leaders about bias and to suggest ways they can be more inclusive. Often--to their surprise--people leave with a better understanding of how to manage and motivate people. By exploring the barriers to inclusion in the ways we assess talent, curate and motivate teams, and give constructive (and fair) feedback, participants gain an understanding of how to create workplaces where everyone can thrive. At the heart of my work is a commitment to empowering individuals and organizations to deliver on their intentions to create remarkable workplace experiences, value for the customer, and innovation to drive future success. Topics include: Inclusive Workplaces, Hyper-Effective Teams, the Language of Leadership, and the Inclusion Lab.
